This painting was done for a challenge on The Artist Forum. It's somewhere in France. I had a week to do it. It's oil, 11 x 14 on canvas board. For a painting as complicated as this I could have spent one week just mentally figuring out what I would do with it. But I just had to dive right in with this one. If I had two more weeks I could have done a better job on balancing the shadows.
